📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the resort by following established protocols and procedures.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments to ensure timely repairs.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve daily cleaning targets and maintain high standards.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist with special events or projects as needed to support the overall operations of the resort.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid ID card and work permit (if applicable).
