🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare support role or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and medical records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office
- Valid certification in healthcare support or customer service is a plus
