• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks to prevent breakdowns.
• Use specialized tools and software like AutoCAD and CATIA for equipment analysis and repair.
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.

• Train and mentor junior mechanics on best practices and safety protocols.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment and fleet mechanics.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery used in palm plantations.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with specialized tools and software like AutoCAD and CATIA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
