📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all fire safety operations, including emergency response planning and execution.
• Conduct regular fire safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety training programs for staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of fire safety measures into all facility operations.
• Maintain and update fire safety documentation, including evacuation plans and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and manage fire safety budgets and resources.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the fire safety team, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in fire safety and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Fire Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Certification as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing fire safety policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of local and international fire safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using fire safety management software such as FireSight, FireCAD, or similar tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
