📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response to security incidents.
• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of performance.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard our digital assets.
• Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to cybersecurity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices, and implement new technologies as needed.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of our cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC operations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including Splunk, IBM QRadar, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
