📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.

Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols.

Train and mentor warehouse staff.

Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.

Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and inventory control.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
