📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Oversee staff training and performance to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and maintain store inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve branch goals and targets.,Participate in inventory and stock-taking activities to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
