Coco Group Bali is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Cook to join our Cold Kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining high-quality cold dishes to meet our customers' expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook cold dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Follow food handling and storage procedures.,Assist in inventory management and restocking ingredients.,Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.,Adhere to health and safety regulations.,Meet production targets and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international food preparation techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
