Tech Town Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Promote products and services to customers.,Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Assist in any other tasks as required by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.,Familiarity with using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
