📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor project budgets and prepare regular cost reports.,Perform cost control activities to ensure projects are completed within budget.,Prepare bills of quantities and cost plans for projects.,Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost proposals for new projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present cost-related reports to senior management.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to address cost issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction costing principles and practices.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Good understanding of Indonesian construction industry and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
