PT Damar Tambang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all mechanical components meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to management.,Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.,Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.,Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.,Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.,Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software is a plus.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASME and ISO.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
