In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing industrial equipment that meets the highest standards of quality and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop industrial equipment using industry-standard software and tools.,Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to ensure that designs meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical, electronic, and software components.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.,Conduct testing and validation of prototypes to ensure that they meet performance and safety standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure that they develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.,Participate in project reviews and provide technical input to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial equipment design and development.,Proven track record of designing and developing high-quality industrial equipment.,Strong knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
