📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's financial resources to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.,Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in cost management.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including cost reports, budget forecasts, and variance analyses.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cost control objectives are met and that financial goals are achieved.,Stay up-to-date with the latest financial management practices and technologies to ensure that the company remains competitive.,Provide cost control training and support to other employees as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic financial plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control or financial management, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.,Proven track record of managing financial resources and ensuring cost efficiency.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Proficiency in financial management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
