📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Manage retail sales operations, including inventory management, pricing, and promotions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the aluminum industry and products.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
