📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Check in and check out guests, and ensure they are directed to the correct location.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including answering machines, bulletin boards, and other equipment.,Handle and manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office software and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
