📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
