📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock turnover.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
