In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.,Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to ensure project viability and compliance with industry standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other disciplines such as electrical, civil, and software engineering.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and implement safety measures to protect personnel and equipment.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional development.,Participate in project reviews and meetings to provide technical input and ensure project objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Proven experience in project management and leadership, with a track record of successful project delivery.,Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to travel as required for project work.
