In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare professionals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the strategic goals of the organization.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare education and training.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of learning and development initiatives.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development programs.,Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant learning and development tools.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
