Hub Camp Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Oversee training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Lead HR projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
