Elper Development is seeking a Head of Logistic to manage and oversee all logistics operations for our construction projects in Ubud, Bali. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all logistics operations for construction projects.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to secure the best rates and quality of materials.,Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize project timelines and budgets.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance to senior management.,Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve project goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Valid driver's license and experience with vehicle management.
