📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets educational standards and promotes student growth.
• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and effective lesson plans and teaching strategies.
• Assess student progress and provide ongoing support and feedback to teachers.
• Oversee classroom management, discipline, and safety protocols to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
• Conduct professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the classroom.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and other stakeholders to promote a strong partnership and support the overall success of the school.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in classroom teaching or educational administration.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices in curriculum development.
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of educators.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and educational databases.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
