As an Events & Roadshow Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various events and roadshows. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event experiences, from concept development to post-event analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute events and roadshows, ensuring they align with the brand's objectives and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary resources and services.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure visually appealing and engaging event materials.
• Oversee event execution, ensuring all activities run smoothly and according to plan.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance event strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and roadshows.
• Strong knowledge of event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and excellence.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
