📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage departmental operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with the Department Head and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.,Maintain and improve departmental performance through effective leadership and team management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Support the Department Head in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy or related industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational excellence.,Familiarity with local pharmacy regulations and standards in Indonesia.
