Bahagia Wati Store is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, designing, and implementing training programs and workshops.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of training materials.,Facilitate training sessions and provide support to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainers.,Maintain and update training records and documentation.,Assist in the development of training materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentations.,Support the HR team in conducting training needs assessments and gap analyses.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
