As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. You will be responsible for overseeing our accounting team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Provide guidance and support to the accounting team to ensure they meet their targets and deadlines.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property management industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and standards.
