You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Oversee all aspects of supply chain and logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of logistics and supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain.
• Use industry-leading tools and software, such as SAP, JDA, and Oracle, to manage supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are available when and where our customers need them.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our supply chain operations remain competitive and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of industry-leading tools and software, such as SAP, JDA, and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
