📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, providing insights to senior management.
• Lead the tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
• Leverage SAP and QuickBooks to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial management and tax compliance.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP and QuickBooks, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic advice.
