📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and anti-aging therapies.
• Consult with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Use advanced skincare equipment and products, such as facial machines, LED therapy devices, and high-quality serums.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and products are properly stored.
• Keep detailed records of client treatments and follow up on aftercare instructions.
• Stay updated with the latest skincare trends and techniques through continuous training and education.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and satisfied.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a cohesive and professional skincare experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist or in a related skincare field.
• Certification in facial treatments, such as a diploma or certification from a reputable skincare training institution.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and equipment, including facial machines, LED therapy devices, and high-quality serums.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying skin concerns.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with a passion for skincare.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
